Q: How do I request an appointment with a Mayday Tattoo Co artist?

A: To request an appointment, please contact the artists directly.  Please include your full name and a description of the tattoo, including the approximate size and placement, as well as any reference photos.  Please be aware that all of our artists are typically booked for several months, and a nonrefundable deposit is required to book an appointment.

Q: When can I expect a response?

A: Due to the high volume of inquiries, and the time it takes to adequately review and respond to each inquiry, please allow up to 2 weeks for a response.  Thank you for your patience. (Please note: If an artist's books are closed, this means they are not currently taking new clients and may not be responding to emails at this time. Keep an eye on their social media for openings.)

 

Q: I don't like email - can I call or stop by to talk to the artist?

A: Please keep in mind that when the artists are at the studio, they are usually working with or preparing for a client.  This means they are not available to take phone calls or walk-in consultations.  To uphold excellent customer service, email is the preferred method of communication.

 

Q: Where are you located? 

A: *Please note: Due to high demand, artists are not available for walk-ins.  Please contact the artist in advance to request an appointment*

Q: Why can't I reach anyone by phone?

A: Due to the high volume of inquiries, we are not accepting any phone inquiries at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.  Please keep in mind that when the artist is at the studio, they are typically working with or preparing for a client and are not available to take phone calls. To uphold excellent customer service, email is the preferred method of communication.

 

Q: How much does a tattoo cost?

A: Rates may vary depending on the artist or project.  Please contact the artist for an estimate. 

 

Q: What are your hours? Do you take walk-ins?

A: Due to the high volume of requests, we are an appointment-only studio.  Please keep in mind that when the artist is at the studio, they are typically working with or preparing for a client, and are not available for walk-in consultations.  To uphold excellent customer service, email is the preferred method of communication.  Please contact the artist directly to set up an appointment.

 

Q: Do you do cover ups?

A: Yes - Some of our artists do cover ups. 

 

Q: I have a medical condition - is it safe for me to get a tattoo?

A: If you have concerns about medical conditions, please consult with your primary care physician about getting tattooed prior to requesting an appointment.
