Deposit Policy

All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.  If you cancel your appointment at any time, you will forfeit your deposit. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.  If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and you will forfeit your deposit.  If you ask to reschedule less than 72 hours prior to your appointment time, you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.  If you ask to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your appointment but fail to commit to another date at the time of the request, this will be considered a cancellation and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment at a later date.  If we are contacted at least 72 hours prior to the appointment time, we will typically accommodate up to 2 reschedule requests; third and subsequent requests to reschedule the project will be considered solely at the discretion of the artist and may require a new deposit. Rates may be subject to change upon rescheduling multiple times or beyond a year from the original date. We respect and value your time and we ask that you do the same for ours.

COVID 19 Update: If you are ill, symptomatic, or positive for COVID 19, please contact your artist as soon as possible to reschedule for a later date. If there is any indication that you may need to reschedule in the days leading up to your appointment, please contact us right away - do not wait until the day of your appointment. Thank you!
